Like otherworldly creatures descending from the heavens, figures in white slip down circus silks with grace and fluidity and weave a dance of courtship that is at once humorous and flirtatious, poignant and tender. Aerial elements evoke soaring flights of emotion and the lovers twist and dip towards each other for a final suspended kiss.
“An undeniable beauty”
(New York Times…Anna Kisselgoff)
“Dancing as this group does is difficult enough on the ground as they work in bare feet and revealing body suits, twisting, lifting and holding each other in seemingly impossible gravity defying postures...But to do that while holding fast to curtains and flying above the stage (and making it look effortless) is a work of art. The audience was riveted and burst into whoops, whistles and wild applause.”
